Refund and Returns Policy

At BrandsMerkez, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy is designed to provide peace of mind while protecting both our customers and our business.


Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Items can be returned within*7 days* of the purchase date.

Condition: Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a return.


Non-Returnable Items

Personalized Items: Custom orders or personalized items are non-returnable.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Opened Software: Software and digital downloads are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened or if they have been downloaded.


Return Process

Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Authorization: For online purchases, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any items. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.


Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Defective or Damaged Items

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product becomes defective after the return period, please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer.

Special Circumstances

Holiday Returns: For purchases made during the holiday season, returns will be accepted until holidays over of the following year, provided all other return conditions are met.

Bulk Purchases: For returns of bulk purchases (10 items or more), please contact our customer service team for assistance.
